A member of staff will be assigned to your child. Daily reports of your childcare will be available and our staff will discuss any needs with you as required.

Under no circumstances will a child be subject to any form of physical punishment. With the guidance of our behaviour specialist, clear guidelines of acceptable and unacceptable behaviour will be given to all children by the relevant member of staff.
