Little Achievers @ Countryfields Nursery plans to open tomorrow 7th January, however a risk assessment will be carried out early in the moning and will continue throughout the day. In the interests of Health and Safety, the nursery/ farm track remains out of use for any vehicles. Discussion with the owner of the track have been held regarding recent damage to the cattle grid due to use of heavy plant on the track by another party. The cattle grid has a maximum weight capacity which restricts heavy plant eg farm vehicles, including snow removal equipment. Every effort is being made to keep the track and the nursery open Please ring Countryfields nursery on 01254 246712 to check the nursery is open prior to leaving home to bring your children to nursery. If you have any difficulty at nursery, due to the restricted track use, we will bring your children to you at the top of the trackand/ or collect them from the top of the track to bring in to nursery. Please ring the nursery for help. The nurseries in Preston currently will be open.
