| The Rosy Apple Scheme started this month and each nursery seems to have chosen their Rosy Apple for very different reasons. The Rosy Apples this time are Leanne Hunter – Little Achievers @ Ribbleton Children's Centre, Leanne has been chosen as she has supported each team to develop their rooms and planning. Deborah Whittle – Headstart Pre-school Centre, Deborah has been chosen as she is always willing to help others, is easy to talk to and has achieved a lot recently with her new role as deputy. At Little Achievers Day Nursery the Rosy Apple has been halved for both Natalie Phipps and Linda Ewart. Natalie has been chosen for her hard work within the bluebell group and for the fantastic displays she has created, and Linda has been chosen as she has displayed superb team working and team building.
Little Achievers @ Headstart Nursery has two rosy apples due to the number of staff they have. Their first Rosy Apple is Hajra Dawood, Hajra has been chosen for her professional approach within the nursery, she is always happy and caring towards the staff and children. Secondly Zoe Sumner, Zoe has been chosen as she is a great trainer, makes staff and parents fe el comfortable and welcome within the nursery.
The Rosy apple for RACL is Sharon Fenton, Sharon has displayed determination and a positive attitude whilst performing two roles, she provides support to all within the company maintaining staff motivation.
